All trainers are professional, nationally certified, and knowledgeable in the fields of fitness programming, exercises physiology, sports specific training and general nutrition.

The trainers provide the first assessment free-of-charge to all members to encourage further participation in our structured personal training programs. During this initial assessment session, members are guided through proper exercise technique and form and will be offered the chance to sign up for additional sessions based on their individual programming needs.

Complimentary Screening and Assessment

We test your fitness levels through our complimentary screening and personal training assessments in order to design a program that considers your medical history and fitness goals.

Master Trainer, Group X Instructor

Victoria is certified and qualified in many different areas within fitness. She believes what matters most is the ability to coach you and to support you along the journey. We are in this together! She is determined to help you reach your goals, and get to that next level.

Christina Bitonti – Master Trainer certified with the World Fitness Association. Christina is also a Les Mills certified group fitness instructor and conducts Body Pump classes at Powerhouse. She also creates her own Group Fitness formats that keep members excited and moving toward fat loss and muscle growth. She trains clients privately as well as leading our group fitness classes.

Jon Jackson – Jon has been a Certified Master Trainer for over 20 years. He currently holds NASM certification and is well educated in Nutrition. Jon specializes in muscle building, fat loss and powerlifting programming. Jon has been able to create transformations for many members over the years and has a passion and drive for helping people attain their fitness potential.

Jon Willemain  Over 12 year of PT experience specializing in restorative training through injuries, disabilities and everything in between. Jon takes a scientific approach to help healing being with nutrition, proper exercise form and focusing on muscular balance. Jon holds multiple certifications through ACE including Sports Conditioning, CPT ad CrossFit Level 1.

Daniel Ritchie – An exceptional Personal Trainer with 7 years of fitness experience. Daniel has completed his Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration on physiology along with 200 hours of Clinical Internship. Daniel takes a scientific approach toward training focusing on the science of the body, form and functionality allowing a wide range of clients to help achieve their goals.

Ciara Ali – Certified World Fitness Association Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Ciara leads group fitness in a fun, fresh and energetic format. Ciara also works with members on an individual basis creating customized exercise plans for each individuals’ needs. Her passion is evoking transformations!
