Led by qualified instructors, our group class offerings include functional training, aerobics, core building, yoga, Zumba style dance, group circuit training, and indoor cycling.

Other amenities include tanning, a nutritious snack bar, posing rooms, luxurious locker rooms, views of the intracoastal, and personal training screenings and assessments.

Powerhouse Gym Fort Lauderdale provides a refined fitness experience – featuring curated equipment and dynamic group fitness classes at a destination-location less than one mile from the beaches of Fort Lauderdale.

Group Fitness Studio

We believe in the importance of the concept of communal solidarity – the reinforcement of behavior through group participation and group approval.

 

Our certified instructors lead our group training with customizations to include beginner, intermediate and advanced members. The classes are taught in the Group Fitness Studio with its own strength and cardio equipment.

Facility

This award-winning space was designed in collaboration with Jewel Toned Interiors. Boasting over 22,000 square feet of gym floor space. Conveniently located in the east wing of The Galleria Mall next to H&M with easy access and ample parking.

Fitness

Amenities include a posing room to nail down your posing routine, strength equipment, AstroTurf run for functional training and bumper plates for Olympic weightlifting.

Spin Studio

Our spin studio utilizes the latest in audio/visual technology. Featuring LED lights that are dynamically synchronized to the audio system.

 

Take our specially selected spin classes while riding on our high-quality, brand new Life Fitness IC6 bikes to get the spin workout of a lifetime.

 

Classes are led and instructed by a Certified Indoor Cycling or Spinning instructor to ensure proper bike set-up, technique, and to be able to cue the beginner, intermediate or advanced indoor cycler.

Himalayan Salt Walls

Not only are the walls in our saunas beautiful but the known benefits of their Himalayan salt include allergy relief, respiratory rehabilitation, weight loss, detox and balanced hormones.

 

Himalayan salt contains 84 different trace minerals that are bio-identical to the human body. Hand-mined and hand-processed in the Himalayas, the salt is minimally altered. These untainted crystals have spent millions of years maturing under ancient lava beds.
